Purchased the $10
Deluxe Movie Bumblebee a while back, and needless to say, after watching the movie, I was very disappointed in the paint job, or more accurately, lack of paint Hasbro put on these otherwise great figures. Decided to get rid of the McDonald's Happy Meal toy look and custom painted it to more accurately represent the movie version.
Used
Testor's Model Master's Acrylic paint and dry brushed with chrome silver with copper highlights. A few hours later, I was done and finally sealed it up with Kyrlon Matte Acrylic finish. It's become a worthy addition in my display case alongside some of my other customs and G1 Transformers.
